Bosch lists a required cutout of 34 15/16 in wide and 19 1/8 in deep for the 800 Series NGM8659UC.

Comparing with other 36-inch cooktops
Bosch's cutout width, 34 15/16 in, falls inside the KitchenAid KCGS556ESS range of 34 7/8 to 35 5/8 in. Bosch's cutout depth, 19 1/8 in, is below the KitchenAid minimum of 19 1/2 in. The two cutouts are close but not the same.
